Pat Mannix

Pat has over 30 years’ experience in small to medium sized business advice. This includes clients’ corporate structures, investment structures and taxation. Pat sets clients on the right path and offers customised guidance at the point of their key business transactions.

Pat joined his father Noel in the firm in 1991 and has been part of the rebranding and relocation of the firm to Paris Financial in Blackburn in 2003.

Pat’s commercial experience centres around advice for growing small to medium businesses, startups and high net worth families via business advice, mergers/acquisitions and corporate structuring.

In addition, Pat has specific skills in business valuations, startups and business purchase/sale negotiations. This includes Terms Sheet structuring, Heads of Agreement, Contracts of Sale, Due Diligence and Business Negotiation. He also has extensive experience in structuring investments and other tax effective strategies that address our clients’ financial aims.
